The Institute for Patients' Rights and Health Education is a foundation that works to increase civic awareness of patient rights, pro-health attitudes and the development of the patient organisation community in Poland.
Introduction
The Foundation carries out its statutory tasks by conducting social and educational campaigns, organising public debates, conferences and training.
The Institute also works to integrate the patient organisation community and organises regular meetings with key experts in the field of health care, takes an active part in public consultations, and carries out advocacy in cooperation with patient organisations.
Thanks to the established database of patient organisations, which now contains more than 500 entities. The scope of the Institute's activities also includes providing advice and support to non-governmental organisations working for the benefit of the patient.
